Woke up to tons of rain. It started around 5:30 am and we headed over to breakfast at Sarabeth's near me on Amsterdam. Luckily the rain and early hour kept the crowds away until when we were leaving around 10ish. We headed to Gristede's so I could get some cat food. The rain was constant but not yet a downpour. We headed to the West entrance to the American Museum of Natural History (AMNH) but they had it locked up due to shortage of staff. We dodged the rain to enter the North side. We got tickets to see the butterfly house. Wow! I was captivated. I loved all the
