It's been about 4 years or so since I had my hair cut. I'm lazy. Well, I'm also cheap. I tend to cut my own hair. I did this through most of undergrad. and grad. school. I did trim the ends every now and again when it looked like a rat's tail singed in a fire. But I finally grew enough hair (12 inches with no need to respond to those pesky spam emails) to donate it to Wigs For Kids. I found their site and organization to be preferable since they don't seem to sell hair. They do, however, have higher standards and I'm a sucker for those. So my all-natural, non-dyed hair was ceremoniously loped of without much fanfare, but with photos. Not sure if I'm liking my new do - feels a little scarecrowish - but at least it's cool and comfy for summer.
