Sunday in New York
On the way to
Wollman Rink in lower Central Park, I saw the
Oscar Mayer hot dog truck - known as
the Weinermobile - passing through my neighborhood! Lucky for me I had my camera. Oh how I love that truck ... I just hope it is running on clean diesel with a particulate filter. So some may not know
that there are very few of these vehicles around. I once read about training to drive one of these. If I were a trust-fund kid, I'd sign-up for a season ... and right after that tour, I'd sign up for blimp training but I've heard that profession is highly competitive, but dang, you'd get to fly a dirigible!
I met up with friends who were ice skating with their two daughters. Sun sunshine smiles and a great sense of humor! Here are some shots of their buggy new way of wearing their sunglasses - adorable. We met up with Gwen for pizza and salad - anchovies on the side because I'm the only one who likes them.
