Happy New Year!

What a bloody cold start ...

No one was on our roof this year. Last year I met the Italian relatives visiting 11D and several other neighbors. This year's bitter cold kept most everyone indoors except me and my friend Lisa who stopped by to enjoy some port with me. Lisa was crazy enough to walk to the UWS from 14th St.! Loony. This year's photos are a bit better than last years ... I used a ladder for a tripod. But ladders don't sit well on snow piles so a few of the photos are a bit off kilter, like the person behind the camera ... but I swear it was the ladder, not the port, creating this effect. Will fix later.

Which reminds me ... New Year's resolutions. To putter and procrastinate less and argue less. This is difficult for me as these are three of my favorite hobbies. But I will get right on that ... tomorrow.

No you won't.
Yes I will.
You're arguing with yourself.
No I'm not; just disagreeing.

So, tomorrow. I'll get back to you with those new goals for 2009. I'm sure I have goals. I just lost them in the couch somewhere ... or did I put them in some drawer so safekeeping. Hmm, think I'll have to take a nap and figure out where those goals went.
