Mac 'n Cheese

Winter outside. I slept in until noon since the cat incident kept me part of the night. Lovely snow was coming down which induced me to stay indoors, except a quick jaunt to drop the mail in the box. Decided it was time to use up the noodles and cheese in my icebox. Also had some bacon so..... I altered Alton Brown's recipe and ended up with some rather yummy mac, cheese and bacon. Good comfort food for a snowy winter day. Yum.
